Professor and Lawyer Amos Andreoni
Registered in the order of the lawyers of Rome from 1979, Amos Andreoni is authorized to practice in the highest jurisdictions from 2000. He has taught labor and social security law at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome -Faculty of Sociology - from 1987 to 2015.
Furthermore, he has led the training for lawyers for A.G.I. He is the legal reference of the CGIL and collaborates in the Rivista Giuridica del Lavoro (Labor Law Review) as a member of the steering committee. In the past, he has been a member of the steering committee of ISAM, ISTUD and IRSE. He is the author of numerous publications on work, social rights, trade union law. He is the author of a monograph entitled Lavoro, diritti sociali e sviluppo economico (Labor, social rights and economic development). Torino, Giappichelli, 2016.
He has significant experiences in advocacy before the Labor Judge and the highest magistrates, achieving results of particular importance.

Graduated in law at 'Sapienza' University of Rome, he is a member of the Rome Bar Association since 2000, period in which he started his collaboration with Professor Amos Andreoni, and he is a Cassationist lawyer.
He has been visiting professor at ‘Sapienza’ University of Rome in the labour law and social security fields. He has completed the training of insolvency administrator of Milan Bar Association. He is also one of CGIL’s lawyers and he has collaborated with many importants business papers: ‘Il Sole24Ore’, ‘la Rivista Giuridica del Lavoro’e ‘Solo Case ed Aste Immobiliari’. He has also conducted voluntary activities at ‘Avvocati di Strada’.
He is specialized in labour law and procedural law, with a focus on civil, company and administrative law including professional indemnity, debt collection, procurement, family law and rights of inheritance.
With his background in national and international companies, he is able to rapidly identify problem areas and offer potential solutions.
