Was Admitted to Italian Bar in 2011. She graduated in Law Faculty of the University Of Studies Roma Tre, then was winner of scholarship for a post graduation master in Regional Institute of juridical studies Arturo Carlo Jemolo.
Winner of the contest in Specialization School of Legal Professions (SSPL) at the University of Studies "Tor Vergata". At the beginning of her professional career her main activities where focused on intellectual property’s law: she worked in the litigation’s of Italian office of patents and trademarks (UIBM) where she contributed at the investigation phase of the Board of Appeal, and she collaborated with a Law Firm that is specialized in intellectual property’s law
Since 2008, she worked in prof. Avv. Amos Andreoni and Avv. Andrea Serreti's Law Firm where she started to focus her competences in controversy of Labour law. In the present, she is an expert and skilled attorney that operates mainly in the Civil and Labour Law environment, particularly focused on extra-juridical assistance and litigation both to companies and private citizens. She provides to customers technical expertise and specific consulting finalized to research, evaluation and identification of the most appropriate solutions of litigations. Moreover, she matured a wide experience in various area of Civil Law, Bankruptcy Law, insolvency proceedings, executive proceedings and credit recovery.During her activity, she focused her competences also in banking law, insurances, and family law. In 2012, she became Expert on the Subject at the chair of labor law at University of Studies "La Sapienza" in Rome.

Lawyer Pasquale Freddino
Graduated in Law of the Roma Tre University in 2005. He has registered with the Bar Association of Rome.
He worked on legal and judicial assistance and consultancy, in and out of court, in labor law disputes (Qualification of employment, Dismissal, Employee severance pay and salary differences, Inps Guarantee Fund, Public Employment) and civil law, family law, compensation for damages from medical fault, consumer code and compensation for damages pursuant to the Pinto law. Consultancy with trade unions and employers in the field of labor and trade union law.

Lawyer Alberto Oggiano
After graduating in Law, with honors, from the University of Sassari in 2008, he obtained the specialization diploma for legal professions in 2010, at the University of Rome LUMSA and in 2018 the title of PhD in Individual Autonomy and Collective Autonomy, at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata", with a thesis on "Nullity of protection and integration of the contract".
He obtained the qualification to practice the profession in 2011 and is registered with the Rome Bar Association.
He collaborates with the this firm since 2020, having already gained extensive experience in the field of labor law and industrial relations with Prof. Avv. Amos Andreoni and Avv. Andrea Serreti from 2008 to 2013.
From 2013 to 2020 he collaborated with a leading international law firm providing advice in the field of civil and commercial law.
He assists well-known corporate groups operating in the contact center and automotive sector, taking care of corporate compliance, credit recovery and litigation management. He also speaks fluently english and french.

Lawyer Filomena Tramonti
Graduated in law at the Second University of Naples (SUN), she practiced law in civil law. Since 2010 she has been registered with the Bar Association of Castrovillari (CS).
She has worked with major credit institutions, gaining particular experience in solving problems related to credit both in extrajudicial and judicial. Since 2011 she has been collaborating with the firm, where she has acquired a specific competence in the field of labor and trade union law, taking care of labor law issues related to credit protection in the event of a corporate crisis, company sales and joint and several liability in procurement.
First hand care of issues related to family law and succession. She also deals with agricultural law.
